I am waiting for some reply’s mate so nothing to go on just giving myself a budget of 5 due to the price difference north to south the bot would be about 25 ton I would think ?

Widebeam mate not possible, the country is split in half by narrow gauge canals ? winter time is also when repair work to locks and canal banks goes on so really hard to navigate anywhere in winter, a mate bought a boat in London route planner two weeks reality 3months ???

My big roof ladder had a set of wheels on one side and the big metal hoop on the other, dead easy to push it up on the wheels and just flip it over at the top to hook on, my suggestion is it may be easier and safer to add a set of wheels to your current heavy laddder than build something last used by Noah ?

Have had a few similar mate even lost a trailer full of rubble going down a steep hill in the most expensive part of town, luckily pre mobile camera phone days managed to pull it out the garden at the bottom hitch it up and get gone while they were still running down the driveway in there bed clothes ? no likes left ?

I got a set down to my knees but when I looked at the map and saw my choice was around Scotland or lands end they promptly disappeared inside ?

The cost is the thing as there is a bit of a difference in boat prices between north and south as per usual and I recon I can get the same up country for10/20k less than down south so if the transport is favourable I could make a little on my investment as well ?

Funny enough kings have just opened a brand new yard next door to my warehouse, will pop in and ask them, it’s also the lifting on and off costs that add up, crane at each end, the last one I bought in Wales was 34ft long fibreglass and I picked it up with the hi ab on a 26ft long scrap truck had 10ft hanging over the end, Quite glad not to have seen plod on that journey would have probably made the news it looked mental ??

Be surprised how many will follow you mate, don’t no if it’s an age thing but I have quite a few friends cashing in there houses and fecking off to quieter pastures from the Gower to Scotland and everywhere in between

Have sent a few emails but while I,m waiting for reply’s will see what the thl massive can come up with, I,ve seen a boat I like but it’s way up country and at this time of year and it’s size the only way of getting it were I want it is on a lorry, so was wondering if anyone is involved in the haulage business could give me a rough idea of getting a 50 x 11ft boat weighing around 25 ton from Nottingham to Gloucester or if anyone has used a company that moves big stuff they could recommend I call ??

If they are good eating why not just allow people to harvest them for food, it’s a bit like the Forest of Dean wild bore should be a good source of organic meat for the local economy, but the locals aren’t allowed and the government just have culls that cost money, ???

The main problem with things like that mate as I said above, there are months it’s lower and no publicity, so the annual death toll to me is the all important stat, it’s also harder to manipulate if you remove everything like causes and reasons and just look at the annual figure, I said earlier the same number of people died in accidents in the home as died of coved last Tuesday, but no one is scared of there home or locking it down, just all seems very strange to me and as I mentioned before I’d rather enjoy what I have left without shitting myself over something I can’t see hear or touch, I

If it’s not killing in any great numbers max must have been really unlucky as I,m sure he wrote on here at the start of all this that he had lost 3 family members to it already, and everyone was a c**t if they never took it serious and covered up ???

I don’t get to involved as I’m not smart enough, but I think the only figure that will matter is the annual total, there are rises and falls both naturally and through figure manipulation but the number of people to die in a 12 month period at the end of the year against the number of deaths in the same 12 month period from previous years will be the only benchmark I will personally take notice of ??
