    I live near both, and would say Whitley Bay in summer nights, its amazing. Newcastle any other time but its costly there. Cheap digs in Whitley Bay, and so friendly.

  5. I have found the owner of the dog. The dog was running along a main road near Scots Gap, and my friend picked the dog up, and asked me to help find the owner. Not micro-chipped or a tag on. Today i have phoned the police, the dog wardens and the dog shelters, but no luck. I then rang the local shop at Scots Gap, who gave me a number to try saying it sounds like their dog. It was, but the owner is being very nasty to my friends wife for picking the dog up. ! Saying she had called the dog warden and dog shelters and been very worried, but the owner does not know that i phoned them all and they h

  8. I have just bought a BSA Mercury in .22 Its a powerful gun and very acurate, but i was wondering, is anyone using a Mercury and what pellet type do you find best. I did try randon pellets i had, and did notice differences.
  9. I have just bought a BSA Mercury. It seems a great gun. I am interested to know what type of pellets you were using. I'd recomend this gun to anyone. Very powerful and acurate, and thats not a bad price for this gun.

  12. Hi Angelic,- tess is no longer "working", but in a good pet home. Trained very well and now on a good fly ball team. Competes in some big comps in Middlesborough now and again. Still a good dog. Do you ever see Kev , the original owner.

  16. A very good wildfowling display for any shooters , in the marquee.
  17. They are better than most folk give them credit for. Bring a pup on as you would a lurcher and they are just as good.
  18. There are still plenty around here. We used to eat loads as kids,- never think to now, but may have a taste again next time out. We also used to eat a vinegar tasting leaf in grass but never knew its name
