It depends certain actions trigger the rules, from something simple as multiple clicks on a submit button... The white list I had setup has been lost since the hard drive on the server needed replacing..

    Forum Problems

Certain rules are triggered with modsec, I can check the apache error logs and identify IP's and whitelist these rules if they are no harm/threat. Whats your thought?

  12. I had problems with my TD5 a lad said it was my fuel pump on its way out, I took a look on the internet and theres actially two relays under the drivers seat, I think one was sticking or not working, I replaced one, sometimes taking them out and putting them back in worked.. The symptoms were it just turned over and wouldn't fire up, sometimes had to keep turning the key then it would randomly start... Take a look at your relays might be a long shot, but could be an easy fix..

Had a mental day lads, sorry, been plumbing radiators up in the house, popped iover to visit a taxidermist and meddling with some nightvision......sorry !!! I'm focused on getting this place back to normal now... by the way, I'm taking a regular backup weekly from now on, in case of a catastrophic meltdown , the effing database is 6gb +
  15. Have to pop out, but I'll keep it short... The raid harddrive on the server failed, the server has been rebuilt.. Hopefully business as normal...
  16. I cannot stand half the idiots who write in the magazines, 95% of it is utter garbage....Its all about talking shite and advertising crap gear as good gear.. I once bought a Harkila Pro Hunter jacket, but after seeing loads of complete clueless knobs in magazines wearing them as the latest hunting burberry I had to get rid..it just makes my skin crawl seeing these bell ends in them... you know the ones if you ever read or see any of the mags.. In a certain rifle mag its the same three tools writing about some daft safari they have been on..for free over & over again, drivel..
  17. And the winner is Mr Wilkes with image No7. Congratulations. There's been some cracking images submitted, well done to everyone who got involved.
  18. I like them all, but certain images, take a creative eye or experience, there's also the aspect of trying to capture something in its natural environment or a landscape in its golden hour glory... some like the content others like the quality of the photography... Get a vote in if you haven't already...
  19. Voting will run to the weekend, so everyone gets chance to vote if they wish or haven't had chance.

  21. Instead of starting another post, which I have to waste my time replying... Why not go and sort whatever problem you have with the man yourself instead of throwing accusations on the internet... That no doubt I myself would have to deal with, because of your statements... Is there nothing better you could be doing??? End of thread.
  22. You have one vote only so choose wisely. To finalise the results.. We have gone off the most popular rated images and selected 10 of these. So with the final 10 we will put to a poll for members to vote.. The poll is at the top of this topic. http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/gallery/image/30895-dsc-8427/ http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/gallery/image/30724-red-grouse-in-flight/ http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/gallery/image/31131-red-stag-rutting/ http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/gallery/image/31147-terriers/ http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/gallery/image/311
  23. IF its genuine and a KEEPER told you it was ok to drag his birds away and shoot them..why not ask him what to feed them, and how to go about it..
  24. A house normally has a vapour membrane and insulation if for example your retro converting a garage with single skin, the same applies to a shed. I'm not 100% sure on vents as it defeats the purpose of keeping the shed/garage a warm area. Insulate the roof and use a membrane.
