Does anyone else put on a few extra pounds this time of year?

I  have been around  14 stone since i was seventeen i rarely eat fried food  and i think i live a clean life, i am almost seventy and still very fit , when you reach 55 you will start being asked to take medical  tests these will increase as you get older  the worst test to have is the one for Prostrate problems  , i was quite worried about this because it is very common for men over 50 to Ejaculate several times .

There's some truth in that ! I've managed it several times between the ages of 50 and 54 !

Not much grows in the shade, though !

15 and a half stone in summer I usually go up to 17 stone in winter  less exercise lots of eating not good for you I know

It is not some thing i like to talk about  but as i had prior knowledge  i was able to take preventive action before i went in so my pack of sanitized Tissue was not required .
