mark williams 7,549
Moving my scaffolding from one lock up to a larger one at one of the farm permissions today, so i thought i`d take the FWB Sport 124 along - as you do . Anyways - with all the clanging, clunking of moving scaffolding nothing was showing up around the yard, so when the clock struck " dinner time" all went quiet, very quiet. Noticed a large wood pigeon land on the main barn roof, some 35 yds away. I took careful aim, built my shot/ breath - squeezed off the shot for heart/lungs, again using light weight Express. The pigeon just slipped forward, wings never flickered, instant dispatch. atb Mark 9 Quote Link to post

philpot 4,928
Well taken Mark. I wish I was good enough with a springer to shoot live quarry, I don't include the TX because that is just too heavy to walk around with. As I get some time in on the Airsporter perhaps I will get better, still thinking about a break barrel with a good 'Charlie Caller' tune up. Phil 1 Quote Link to post
