All way through I been saying g I hope there's a nuthatch, cracking pics, any tree creepers?

Brill pics zandy what set up do you use


Hi mate - not my feeding station, just go to local nature reserves... :)

I was using a canon 7d and Tamron 150-600mm lens but have now upgraded to Canon 7d mkii and Canon 500 f4, also have 1.4 tc if need the extra reach ;)

The barn owl shots and woodpecker were taken 7d mkii and 500 f4 + tc and the others with the Tamron...

Can I just say,

Anyone thinking of a Tamron or Sigma 150-500 or 150-600 lens, DONT BOTHER... Save your money and get a 300mm or 500mm prime lens...

Piss all over zoom lenses ;)

Zandy i see a lot of those birds are rung,i take it there at a wildlife,nature reserve type place seeing as the ringer's busy.Brilliant pics and well done to everyone on their efforts  :toast: ...
