No, you just interpret it that way…..I’m totally calm, I’m not even wound up about the latest horror. I don’t get angry because I understand this is what happens, if I was sitting in Africa or Pakistan or some other 3rd world shithole it would just be normal so Im not surprised it’s normal there……import enough of these people and it all becomes as normal as breathing ! As I always say the only shocking thing is that anyone is shocked.

You don’t sit in a college every day for this mate, it’s home study, volunteer work at your own club and 1 or 2 day workshops !……they don’t have to light or heat a building 9 months of the year for this.

The bloke who manages Dorking Wanderers and has done for 26 seasons over seeing 12 promotions from bottom of the pyramid to one step away from football league won’t be allowed to manage them if they get promoted to football league because he holds no coaching licenses at all ! That’s how it works !……why would people who simply watch football know that ?, you wouldn’t expect them too.

The trouble is mate, people think you just get selected to be an elite level manager…..but you can’t do it unless you have a UEFA pro license That license will cost you £25,000 and about 5 years of you life to get. The pro license on its own is about 13,000, the A is 5000, the B is 2500 and then the others add up to about just over a grand and you have to have the others before you can do the next. Then you have to pay all your expenses to attend workshops, like travel, hotels etc and you have to have held certain ones for say 2 years before you can do the next….like it ain’t a
