those snares are unique,

your tealer should look like this

and your finished snare should look like this

the snare wire has no string attached to it and fastens directly onto the tealer the base of the tealer is to bulbus and you will have difficulty setting in hard ground and the pegs good luck any way

You could do better mate,having the right kit is half the job ,if you start right, everything else justs follows on.

The pegs remind me of some 'heeler' pegs snareman told me about...

thats odd the top wind of the tealer goes downwards and whats that blue pice of plastic round the top of the tealer?

 

i guess they could work bur it seems a bit much effort compared to the normal ones everybody else uses

its not tape its rubber, keeping the rope & wire in line i think

Has he mauled a broom handle for the pegs... See colin (woodga) for any snares you want, or if you want even better ones get some off the warrener, some nice bullseye snares that break rabbits knecks on impact
