Site Problems ?

Anyone else having problems accessing the site ?

A little while ago, I couldn’t get on , kept getting a message “server not responding” so I gave up and didn’t try again for a week or so.

Now it’s hit and miss, sometimes get the same message or get on but it’s incredibly slow.

Has IanB gave up on the site, has he stopped getting maintenance done ?

Where are the moderators ?

I think the site hasn’t long to go, over 70,000 members but probably not even 20 posting with any regularity.

Virtually no hunting posts.

Is it because social media has overtaken forums like this ?

I know my WhatsApp group gets more dogs and hunting posts than here, and is far more reliable.

Maybe I’m looking back thru’ rose tinted glasses to the days when this site was really good, Friday nights were hilarious, now it’s dead.

Be a shame if it goes tits up, as i have a good crack on here with lads ive never met or even know there proper name. Some real decent fellas on here.

What browsers are you guys using? Mines fine this end, ain’t had that server error white page for ages now, I use the google app on my phone

Seen some pics on Facebook mate cracking pup's and have had the best start regarding feeding and rearing. I have consigned myself to the fact I will probably never own another running dog again despite having had numerous offers of pup's and recently of an adult dog that's a good dog as the old poacher who i have mentioned on here before sadly passed away a few weeks ago.

Lol I bought a guy out from on here he was dead on doesn't post much but he goes out ive meet a couple of decent guys off here apart from mchull he's a walking talking f***ing disaster when it come to anything to do with dogs
