pesky1972 5,965 Posted Friday at 22:26 Report Share Posted Friday at 22:26 Always thought I wasn’t a cat lover, then as I got older and smarter realised I just don’t like cat owners. Had someone at my door a few years back with a petition to ask the Scottish govt to make it a legal requirement to stop if you run over a cat in the road. I said I’d sign it just after I’d signed the one to makes it illegal for an owner to allow a cat out to freely roam the streets, shitting where it pleases, and decimating the local songbird population. Needless to say I didn’t need to borrow her pen. Good on your missus for being so kind to a wee helpless critter in need of saving.., hopefully she’ll give it a good life whilst ensuring it doesn’t also roam/shit/kill where it likes.

WILF 52,816 Posted Friday at 22:32 Report Share Posted Friday at 22:32 I loathe them but I wouldn’t want to see one suffer and I wouldn’t hurt one in an urban setting
TOMO 30,375 Posted Saturday at 10:11 Report Share Posted Saturday at 10:11 I did the same when I was a kid....13 year old found a kitten wandering around whilst doing my paper round....asked at a few doors ...nobody new where it came from ....so it went in my paper sack and came home with me...lived till he was 15.... About a year later me and my mates were up the woods and found a cardboard box with 5..or 6 kittens in....that came home with me....mum and dad said fook right off...not again....called the cats trust...or one off these charities and they took them..
