jukel123 10,590
So called puppy farms are nothing but moralistic hysteria. I couldn't care less if somebody is making money churning out pups. Its exactly the same as farmers breeding livestock. Nobody complains about farmers repeatedly mating pigs or sheep for people to eat. Why complain if somebody is producing pups for daft people to cuddle and coddle? The punter is getting what he or she wants. The puppy farmer is supplying a need. What's the problem? Yes it might be tough on a bitch and some may have poor welfare standards. But that can be dealt with under existing laws. Hancock was forced out of existence on laws and standards that don't apply to other livestock farmers. It's just selective moral outrage and hypocrisy. If the pearl clutchers want to be really outraged, they should go inside an intensive piggery or an intensive egg or boiler farm. There's more genuine cruelty in those place than somebody knocking out pups on a regular basis. Strange how the RSPCA avoid these places. But at least you knew what you were getting . No frills, no bullshit no made up pedigree. My son had a cracking first cross collie greyhound out of there. I would have thought most dogs with greyhound in them will chase. After that it's down to training and luck.

Id disagree mate its not all about chasing the lines have in them pure out and out killers in amongst it traits fixed in you couldn't get that with a greyhound and another sight hound it would take decades and stacks of luck
