It’s my beastie hunting skills that got my foot in the door in the first place mate it’s bang in the Cotswolds water park an area heaving in sightings and reports no pics within the base as tomo says but it’s the surrounding quarries I,m hoping to be covering mostly and I will be setting up trail cams all around the place

Stabs was a decent chap one of 2 people I’ve met on here in person. He came down here and we went lamping , he done a spread about the night in the edrd mag

Yeah i remember him from years ago , i did the tips and air bases till i was 19. Loved it back then as a young lad

Definitely knew how to stretch a yarn though.But that goes with pretty much most of the fieldsports writers Ive met over years years.I remember him writing about a couple of my dogs and I found it a bit embarrassing incase anyone I knew read it.They were pretty decent but not the superstars that his story made them out to be

Wasn’t he living with moll who used to come on here, she was a real nice woman, met her couple times a vaguely remember them 2 havin a thing, could be wrong tho, but what a prick that millet was haha proper thought he was god cos he was moderator haha haha

I think your right mate...I met moll...she came down to my permission with woodga...probably around 2008...so a long while back....Breeze was with me ..we had a good day ferreting....but the snow came down real bad and they had to bail out around lunchtime...she had her whippet and woodga had Blaze the merle terrier...I remember Blaze bolting a rabbit in to a net from a drain under the road...Moll brought a load of food with her for us....it was a good day

I went and seen stabs for a few beers before he moved on to aus as I was remotely close to him at the time in Kent 

what a lovely lad he was , had a few messages with him , hope he’s keeping well
