I ran a half marathon after a long period of altitude training ( I did an African mountain numerous times in a short time frame ) and I went round a route that is regarded as being a slow route in 1 hr 18 . Those Elite marathon runners do that half an hour quicker . Thats unreal speed and cadence . once you accept that some people’s body’s are just built different , things like that video don’t look so unusual anymore 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
