Yeh it was a culture shock when we went to Hong Kong being the bamboo scaffolding...I couldn't believe it...

I had another fitness fanatic out yesterday with me 21 ripped up kid

Half a day wrote him off and my foots bad lagging like a non turbo diesel 

Wavy sandy land ruins em i dont have high hopes for.you mate im gunna bring a few so you can smell which way I've gone lol

To be fair you probably would do me in now walking that land...it killed me 15 years back ...when your out all day on that claggy ground it takes it out of especially doing 10 mile or so ...

For me these days I dowt I walk more than 3 miles...footpath....thermal...spot one...check for anyone else kicking about...walk out slip...then back to the path...then repeat

That bamboo scaffold is a step up, (pardon the pun,) from the wooden scaffold they use in the Middle East ;

Health & Safety on building sites is non existent out there.

We Will do.that mate im looking at spots now got some corkers plenty about  we can pull up get a few and move on and dont worry I dont smoke it during day or all.the time so dogs and you won't be stoned out lol
