jukel123 9,893
They both seem to interact with prostitutes, the homeless and the drug addicted on their YouTube channels. Billy Moore travels from one shithole town to another revealing the decay, the lack of investment and the plight of life's losers. He's been widely praised for revealing the state of these towns and cities to viewers who are lucky enough never to have lived in one. His attitude and tone when talking to people on the streets is one of sympathy and understanding. Even when some turn aggressive. As a former addict and con, he's been there himself. The other fella seems to delight in winding up the street people and occasionally getting his minder to wallop the aggressive punters he comes across. Wtf? I can't stand him. Questions. Am I right in how I've described their different approaches? Or am I missing something? Do they both make enough money to live on with their channels? Or are they sponsored/paid to make these videos? tatsblisters 11,109
More or less stop watching them tbh. I know one thing they've both convinced me to never visit Manchester as parts of it is like an open air lunatic asylum going on some of their clips.

Piccadily Gardens was my second home. You and your posh Rotherham ways. Only joking. I'm still have folks in Salford but I hate going there now. Up until recently I've always gone for a walk to visit my old boyhood haunts. I used to have the attitude of dangerous? I'll go where I want! But now when liitle kids are running around with knives and mugging people in underpasses, I've just given up. Not worth the hassle. Halfhound 477
Have seen a couple of billy moores videos and I thought he came across as a decent sort and he doesn’t want any trouble just to show the way life is for many people. Never seen or heard of the other guy. Was always thought that addiction and ruin can happen to absolutely anyone whether it’s drink or drugs or gambling it doesn’t care how well you were brought up or how much money you have if you let your guard down it can ruin you. I think from Billy moores videos it’s obvious that when someone gets in bother and slips through the cracks it’s nearly impossible to claw your way out without help and not enough people are getting enough help. Just my opinion

Just my opinion I agree mate. I've been under a bit of pressure recently and, although I packed in smoking 50 years ago when I was 25, I've been getting pangs to go back to it. Your mind plays tricks on you. Trying to tempt you back into addiction. If it's like that for tobacco, God knows what's its like for alkies and junkies.

Not worth Rotherham is depressing enough though not as dangerous as nearby Sheffield out of the four South Yorkshire towns Barnsley is by far the best and one of the reasons being guess what.

Only smoke 3 to 5 a day now and have told myself it isn’t worth my while quitting now. Went through a faze in my younger days when after a night of heavy drinking I’d wake up the next day and have to go again just to escape the hangover it could of been 9am and I’d of been gone. Then it could of been three or four days on the trot but I packed it in completely then for around 8 years or so and once I’d broken the habit I never had the problem again could go out on a Sunday evening now and I could have 2 pints or I could have 8 depending on who’s about but I might not touch a drop for a fortnight after. Matured I guess
WILF 51,240
People earning money documenting symptoms of a wider disease, when you reduce your country to 3rd world status don’t be surprised when you see 3rd world behaviour ! It’s like when we used to watch things on the telly about the shanty towns in Africa or India and we’d all sit there going “Oh my god, that’s awful”……..well, all we did the last 70 off years is import that whole mentality, embrace it, promote it and, hey presto, now it’s our reality in Britain ! Nobody needs to be a rocket scientist to work that out. There are of course many other linking factors as well as the above but the above is the big one, it’s all a natural progression.
gnipper 6,908
When Billy has been here on his videos talking to addicts etc the ones I've seen have all been from out of town, it’s turning into a shithole though along with most towns in the country.
TRUEBRIT66 2,218
Charlie Veitch was quite a wealthy chap in a good job. I think his family were worth a bob or two but he went down a bit of a rabbit hole started spouting conspiracy theories and effectively lost his job and got cancelled. I'm not the Police's biggest fan but I cant stand these youtube "auditors" that just seem to antagonise them for content and it especially annoys me when they film ordinary working folk.

Dont doubt it mate, the ones that highlight the immigrant hotels and any form of wrong doing are fine by me. I just don't find it entertaining watching them antagonising and deliberately arguing with the police or hard working people on building sites etc.
steve66 3,825
Charlie's a wind up merchant looking for reactions for content , Billy to be honest i find repetitive and boring , Most only watch it to see it kick off and Fred the body guard to do his Jackie Chan moves The only one I've watched lately is knock out audits in Bolton , it makes Manchester look tame
