Would you run a dog that’s still bleeding from first heat

That as well. I mean, the most nutrient rich bits of the food your giving your dogs. I have 5 at the mo so when sharing meat, carcasses, etc. Making sure the bitch gets the pick of what is available.

Yeah I always let her have the heart and kidneys liver ect but the rest I eat and what’s left she has

Some don’t run as well when in season, and can become less soft (less conditioned) especially after the season. But unless your matching then carry on regardless, you should now your dog better than anyone to judge it’s condition. 
running 5 winter hares is different to marking a rabbit Warren,
