Wasn't small rewards houses I grafted wasn't small. 5 , 6 bedrooms many with acre gardens. Am talking proper money people. Back in nineties that stereo. Just short of 4 grand. A wouldn't call that small rewards at 15 year old.

Mate when I say we grew up poor, j mean piss poor. But very few from out area would turn to creeping houses, infact it was more common for loca smack head to even go sell there arse or there fanny or go an beg rather than creep about folks gaffs for a second hand tele or hifi ffs I done lots a shite that would make many folks toes curl, but I can sleep at night knowing I never creeped anybody’s house or took any liberties with vulnerable folk, fact is I know words come easy, but I’d honestly douse you in petrol an light you if I thought you’d been in my house where my kids sleep, and for what? A poxy Xbox? Some jewellery or even the whole contents of a house, scum, nowt but scum

A was a c**t back then charts a didn't give a f**k.  Dog eat dog. Like a said we had nothing growing up. Id go home give my sister's and brother money. My mum would work her arse off. My old man sup it up. I was the man of the house when he left. So if a was a scumbag fair enough. But I had some good times as a youth money in my pocket.

Let me tell you a true story Bangers, 

my parents were typical working class, lived on a rough council estate, when some shithouse burgled them when they were O.A.P’s.

He stole a jewellery box that had my parents birth and marriage certificate and passports and other papers and the pitifully small amount of jewellery that my mother owned.

The paperwork was found torn up and strewn around the street but the jewellery was never found. 
 

The scum bag then made the mistake of robbing the local hard man’s mothers flat…..  he was found and spent the rest of his life in a wheelchair….he was lucky as the hard man later murdered a drug dealer who was supplying his son, and went down for life.

I won’t name drop but the man and the story are well known around the north east.

Times were different then jobs were scarce and there was little to no welfare like there is now. The same path some of us had to take just isn’t there any more and I guess in some ways it’s a good thing. Family here most of them in prison at the moment €3million CAB settlement waiting for them when they get out that will take the good out of it. The only thieves making money now with a good chance of not being caught is young lads on a computer

That's a different story preying on OAP. What some would call easy targets. I targeted the money people in next village private. Yeah it was wrong but at the time a didn't care. They were well off rich as f**k. Looked down on us in the next village on the council estate.

So no, I personally don’t understand that mentality at all…..it’s a 3rd world mentality praying on people who are basically the same as you because they have a bit more than you do.

Just had a chuckle reading this back f**k me. Moral of the story try not to do bad things to good people and you’ll be able to walk down your high street or village and people will still give you the time of day.
