chartpolski 27,464 Posted yesterday at 17:32 Report Share Posted yesterday at 17:32 What has any of this got to do with the original discussion? Chid said he declined the offer of a duty solicitor in the police station. Then said at two court appearances he had solicitors for free. mC asked how’s that ? Franks dad said Legal Aid . Nothing to do with Released under investigation or bail or magistrates or crown courts. A duty solicitor offered in a police station is completely different to asking for Legal Aid to pay for your defence when appearing at court . I know threads meander but this is now miles away from the original discussion . Cheers.

Does that mean that they can't then re arrest you , and charge you ?.
Halfhound 16 Posted yesterday at 17:56 Report Share Posted yesterday at 17:56 I’m trying to get my cousin on the phone. He specialises in robbing cement mixers and his special talent is getting caught. He will steer me right
