Spices are great for you... Many spices hold antitoxins , plus great for the mind body an soul lol. This morning had what was left over. Out on the bike with dog. Good 6 mile round trip. Dog was fresh could have done another few Mile. First bit he's pulling bike up road. Don't even have to put any motion into the peddles. Very strong dog. Got some lungs on him. Nice steady pace once a settle him down. This fitness just gets him opening them lungs abit. The real fitness is on the land. Few early session. November December. Then if I think he's okay. A might flat pack MC dog. After he's run rest of the rubbing rags.
