Don’t know if it means anything in the context of this thread, but I had a bitch with a broken leg at that Dr. Noel Fitzpatrick once (you know, supervet from the telly) and when I enquired should I give her any supplements to aid healing he said “No”

The reason was, it can cause imbalances in other places….just a good mixed diet is what he recommended.

speaking supplements and dogs your one a the few i know talk openly about steroids even though i know a lot a coursing men whipet men give there dog shite

Wouldn't surprise me.I had a bit of a debate with him when I stated that If I had to pay for and put that many magical ingredients on my dogs grub just for it to mooch around the countryside and catch a few critters I'd be looking to spend that money on a new dog.

Havent spoken to him in years he was around a few decent dogs years ago to be fair.....it was the paying up in sacks of potatos and crates of f****n rhubarb that never went down well

Enough to know that as ive stated many times before mate the way you condition/feed/supplement/peak bulldogs is worlds apart from how you'd do it for coursing dogs.

i was meaning more the types used mate and if dogs and bitches react to it differnet take to it better 

is it mainly nandrolones ? so dont rip up as much but seem more focused driven ?

ive no need to use them on me dogs mate but i know that  plenty do 

surely it would help coursing dogs more then gamedogs ?  

any niggles there is  threw the season 20 weeks worked hard will help keep weight condition on which is the hard part in trying to peak end a jan 

it’s just something i think about how much is it actually helping

I've been feeding a lurcher bitch 2/3 times a week with chicken wings etc from Aldi for around 2 yrs...she's riddled with lumps and growths...my Mrs buys their chicken breasts and chops it up for the ferrets,when I'm short on rabbits etc...Mrs just payed £140 today to have the 1 Jill PTS, because she had a big growth in her stomach and been lethargic for 2 days..she been back and forth the vet for 3 weeks having a series of contraceptive jabs,and they didn't pick it up? Vet tried telling my Mrs that it was cancer and that it comes on real quick in ferrets lol??? Said to him,she was in less than a week ago,wasn't there then was it?.silly cnut wouldn't believe that the Jill was 8 yr old and that my last hob was over 10 when he snuffed it,they don't have a f***ing clue,telling us we should be feeding kibble FFS,never ever had a ferret that would entertain the shite..I won't be feeding my dogs or ferrets any human grade chicken again,it's all f***ing shit pumped with water and f**k knows what else...ain't it f***ing strange why these days every cnut needs Pet insurance, because f**k all is bred to last and be healthy? One big f***ing scam if you ask me,spent more at the vets the last 5 yrs,than I did the previous 30 years

As ive told you before.... having a coursing dog at a high level of fitness for a long duration of time is completely different to peaking a bulldog for 1 or 2 hours of one day of one year.....its just incomparable.......how much direct physical punishment and blood loss is a coursing dog going to take over a match compared to a bulldog.....and then you think he's going to be capable of doing the same next week or next month !!!......its apples and oranges mate and im not going to disrespect either sport by pretending they are the same.

blood loss isn’t going to an issue with a coursing dog but one will run until it drops mate exhausted kidneys damaged etc happen to me with one was never ever right after but i kept him just because he never quit that day

think youve had a bit a bad luck mate but bone tendon etc is better for dogs anyway then muscle meat aint it
