It will be basically just an extended living room and the other half a utility area/extra kitchen units.

Big leg day for me tonight...did back yesterday...

Alot miss there legs. You see them in gym when it comes to all round body work outs. Dead lifts , clean & jerks. stand up shoulder press with bar ,  lunges . There all over the place. Sparrow legs. You build your legs your top half will soon start forming even more so. Some of them hit a wall. Then start using the juice.

From the start a said Olympic bar 20kg and the collars. A could only just lift the 25kg at 15 years of age. So from 15 to 25 in jail training then 10 years on the road so 20 years training. Lol  Thats what a told Greb. Theres no easy work if you do it right. 20 years it took me to get where I was happy in the weight. And then wanted to strip down. But a duodenal ulcer f****d that up. 5 week in hospital f****d that up then laid up at home for a good 4 ,5 months. Got a secondary infection haematoma blood clot under the wound. So back in again for more surgery. f****d me right up physically and mentally.
