The grehound certainly gives fantastic looks . How did his feet hold up banger . In my experience the hard blood gives better feet than the straight grey . Had an cracking dog years back P/Ns beast x grey . Had decent wind too . But the toes were popping like mchulls eyes when he sees the devil lol Quote Link to post

Had a lad come over from Chorley to have a day's sport over at Howden. Many years ago now. Before all this weather f****d up. The lad couldn't believe the fitness of the hares over there. Said the hares here are better than some areas on the fens that he was going. Couldn't believe the numbers good numbers. A remember going over with Trev off here. Lifted one on this land. One of the bitch I had was running one. It's gone for this fiver bar gate the hare. Am thinking to myself FFS it's heading straight for golf course. Dogs just bolted straight through cover at side of gate. Straight over to golf course. All you heard was who's is this f***ing dog. Few of them was stood watching didn't mind. But this f****r was on phone straight away. Trev was in van already lol. Good course to be fair Edited July 11 by Bangersanmash Quote Link to post
