Pointless discussion mate. If your dogs were faster, everyone would be using them for racing…..  they don’t, they use the fastest dogs for the job.

Please don’t go on about seed, winter wheat, slop, etc.

I’ll let you know when there is an open race on and I’ll ask a lad I know whose two non-peds are the same age as yours, six, and were without doubt the fastest dogs in the country over 150 yards when they were a bit younger if he will give you a run, and I’m sure Max will race you with his lurcher.

No, I said  non- peds race over 150-200 yards. The usual handicaps are 150, but it won’t make any difference, the top non peds are still accelerating, finishing hard , as we call it at 150 so they will be beating your dog by more at 200.
