Not big and clever getting locked up, other than the odd night in a cell over the years I haven't done too bad.

I've done alot of jail mate spent my 16th 18th 21st out at age of 25 met the misses. Changed me for the best. A went to Tomas an Derby college for bakery guy who a worked for wanted me to go there. Lasted a week due to me robbing bakery when i knew where takings were. Stupid as f**k kick myself today. Guy wanted best for me. But like a f***ing dumb idiot shit on him. I'm done with jail though full of f***ing spice heads now. Years ago lads would have a split sit on bed kick back. Now lads are braying on f***ing doors screaming to f**k on that spice. Seeing them on that scared me like the c**ts were dying.

Nothing to be proud of mate. You've done well. Them three day lay downs Friday to Monday until court were killers. Now they've a Saturday court. Lol

Tbh mate I'd have rather have done a few week in the nick than having to do months of community service on my weekends off. Lol

Life's all about experiences good and bad it defines the character you are today you hit a bit of a crossroads  where it was bake or break / stick or whisk and you managed too turn your life around.

You wouldn't mate honest. What's a weekend going to CS than spending a few months behind a door. When you've spent serious time behind a door. And most of your years have gone due to your doing nobody else's fault than your own. Birthdays a don't celebrate bdays due to my main b days been spent behind the door. Family members offer me to go to family gatherings a don't go. Most things that people do with family's I don't do. That's why I'm 100% for my lads not to feel that way. It's not a good way too be. Lads who've been there will know what a mean. You get institutionalised. When a first got with our lass. A used to sit up in bedroom watching TV , eat up in bedroom f****d up. Honest I'd do CS any time over going back to jail.

Bake or break lol. That's a good one. A look back an think was a 2 grand worth 3 1/2 year. Some youngens still would think yeah. But when you grow up you think 2 grand. Could of made that in a couple of months working back then instead of robbing the poor c**t. Wasn't a hard job either. What did me the most was my grandfather the look of shame year after year now 89 I've lost them years. Some kids you just want to kick it out them when you see them on streets. Then a think was I like them little c**ts
