Sound alike Californians that generally how they talk. Really fast and use the work like every other words.  I know about anytime we trained in Cali there a abit of a barrier because our unit was nothing but southerns and they felt we talked a bit too slow ...will say though was beyond easy to try and prick up women if you had a southern accent and what not.
