I am looking at those snickers, they remind me how bad American chocolate actually tastes compared to the UK/Europe.

What part of the states are you again mate?

I am in Canada,Ontario but spent a few months in Orange County and LA at the beginning of the year and was in NYC for a while back in June/July.In fairness a hardware-homewear-leisure store here is pretty much the same as the states, guns and ammo in with tins of paint,Christmas trees, and food mixers.5116A5E7-3931-4A12-863B-47F38C85A352.jpeg.354043937a2f280e0ae859c46a9d949f.jpeg8B705B48-4C3B-41BA-9BA5-1A5D5523FEE5.jpeg.b442504878873ae96c6a5787979937a0.jpeg

I’ve ate American chocolate in the states and the Middle East and I’m sure it doesn’t contain animal fats. It’s bland and goes white very quickly.

I remember a Kit Kat copy called Pick One that was so vile my kids refused to eat it.

In Thailand American chocolate wasn’t expensive, but again, was shit. A bar of European chocolate, especially Cadbury’s was more expensive than a bottle of Thai whiskey!

Mind you my missus and kids did like Hersheys.

Ive just heard Caramac is being discontinued, shame as my daughter in law always takes a box back to Saudi for her mother !

Cheers,
