12 years ago on a train back from Paris after an extremely nice week visiting the city, eating some outstanding meals in great places and generally having the best time money could buy…..I said to myself “hold on, would I tolerate this f***ing scam off a private person ?” 
 

Fact is, if the it wasn’t the government nobody would tolerate being ripped off so much to just be abused….and it is abuse, there’s no other word for it, it’s total and utter abuse done under the illusion of wealth.

And that wealth is an illusion most of the time, most of it is on someone’s book…..that’s how they get away with it.

Nobody liked a pound note more than me, I lived for the buzz of the deal…..I didn’t care if I worked for days on end, if there was readies to be had I went and got them.

Had a thoroughly good time, never worried about money…spent it, went and got some more and that’s how it went. 
Spent a lifetime having to look for everyone’s angle, access risk and outcomese about every deal and every job…..so why wasn’t I doing the same to the government and all its instruments like the council and traffic wardens and all the myriad other f***ing parasites it has working for it ?

Didnt make any sense, and when I looked I saw the oldest scam in the world…..a cross between the council estate money lender and long firm….it really was as simple as that but just in a scale grander than anyone could imagine. 
Why the f**k was I swallowing that ?……so I could sit in A&E for 17 hours kidding myself I had a “free” “world class” health system ?

So I could sit in my house with a mortgage I’ll never live to see the end of, with good internet and a big telly and earn a load of money that a million people had their hands out for when it landed despite me never having had a credit card or debt ?

I’ll die and be forgotten and some government minister will have had subsidised champagne every lunchtime and an investment banker a million quid bonus for my lifetimes work while I missed out on time with my family ?……nope ! 

I paid £5000 one year just in parking tickets when I was out working !…..f***ing parking tickets !

Got to a point when there’s an inquest at the bank about me drawing out a couple of grand in readies of my own money ?

Watched my area get over taken by the 3rd world and the decline in the place that always comes with it.

So, I had to ask myself, “where’s my wealth ?” ……because if these c**ts think they can bend me over just because I can earn a load of money they have another thing coming !

f**k em, if they want to abuse me in favour of filling my area up with the 3rd world and selling off my nations family jewels to any bidder then they can do it without me….f**k the money ! 
There was no way I was letting them do that to me or my kids.

So you evaluate where your wealth is, what it means….if it’s driving about in a 100k car then I’m afraid they have you, it’s what you want and you pay the price……but if that don’t matter then you can do anything, all you need is a roof and food in your belly and the people you love around you, you may only have £10 in your pocket instead of a grand but it don’t matter because you don’t need the grand….its nice to have but what’s it for ?

Better happy with a tenner than getting f****d in the arse for a grand. 
 

It don’t work for some and that’s fine, they know the price and they are happy to pay it…..fair play to them, for me, I couldn’t stomach it….theres nothing to be scared of having less if that’s what you feel like doing.

I've always been proud of the fact I've worked and been highly critical of the people who have played the system and recently of the illegals rinsing our weak system but what you write is exactly how I'm feeling now.

Its funny how you mention the A&E analogue as a couple of months back my wife took a bad fall. We couldn't get to see the doctor (3 weeks waiting list) so went to A&E, whilst we sat there waiting to be seen you had shitloads of foreigners and native people who were openly discussing they were there to add visits to their PIP renewal forms.

After a 6hr wait she was seen and was diagnosed as having 3 broken ribs and an internal chest wall injury and was signed off for 6 weeks. Her company does pay sick pay but if they hadn't she wouldn't have got anything for the first 3 days and then £125 per week. Apart from the time off when she had our children she has also worked since the age of 16 and paid into a system that literally just put her to the back of the queue the first time she's needed it. 

Its was another factor in our decision to stick 2 fingers up to it now.

A man is rich by the things he can live without mate, im with you my kids and grand kids all live within an 100 yards of me and im never happier than sitting out on the grass cooking for all and sundry watching the little ones fish and play while the adults sit round a fire chewing the cud costs fa bar the grub and is more fulfilling than any car or holiday money can buy
