If women had been encouraged to have more children instead of encouraged to have a “career” then they would be having more children. Imho it’s no accident that this decades old promotion of “the career woman” has gone hand in hand with a shift in what proportion of what takes up a family’s budget, this massive promotion of credit along with fiscal tools that actually force people into credit. You have been bombarded with this mindset for decades. Every advert, every TV show, showing you shiny things, showing you the credit card or loan company, showing you the “happy, powerful, career woman”…..it’s been sold to you so much that it’s now accepted thinking. If in another reality we had done what Orban has done and taken women out of the tax system forever on the birth of their 2nd child, if we had shown you non stop media about how it’s great to be a mum looking after a big family, if we had let you keep most of your wages and never offered you a loan for shiny things so that you just bought them when you could afford them….then you’d be doing that. You think what you’ve been taught to think ! You can't argue with any a that

I’m sure everyone remembers years ago on the estate there was always the family that always had the loan men knocking and they were nearly frowned upon because of it. Now it’s all normalised and the loan sharks have become respectable men who work in the bank pack of c**ts in my opinion selling people dreams and an image. And on the women working I know when I was married it would of been an embarrassment if my woman would of had to work there was no way it would happen That's it mate Like me pal just got a mortgage 30 k to them on every hundred that's should keep.him slaving away until.hes to old to do out Like I told him they own you now

Stay living in a rented house , so that you have to pay rent every month until you die ?. I was late getting a mortgage , I was almost 30 , but it was paid off by the time I was 40. It's f***ing hard graft , but anyone can do it if they try hard enough. I agree that blowing money on finance for cars or new curtains is just daft ( if you cant afford to save for it , then you simply cant afford it) , but taking out a mortgage to buy your own home , is always better than renting.

Do exactly what you did get it paid rapid with as much of your own money as possible But the prices for what you get now is comical But again. It's just a con inflate prices then give finance rape the f***ing idiots crazy

In Iran, where there's a strong Islamic culture for large families, the birth rate plummeted to below replacement levels, it was the same in South Korea despite them spending billions on pro-family incentives. If it was all engineered why would these countries that are actively trying to boost births be doing so bad? Even in Hungary where income tax was scrapped for mother's of 4+ kids and subsidises housing for families, birth rates barely rose before stalling again. I’ve not researched all those country’s mate so all I can say is fair enough, if that’s the case then it’s the case. Hungary was explained by Orban as a halt in the road due to Covid but he said they are getting back on track now, how true that is I couldn’t tell you. But I stand by the my observation that society has been engineered to be in this situation and if it had been engineered in such a way as to put family( instead of tax & credit ) as the central column of society then everyone would be having more kids…..I think it’s there for all to see but that’s just my opinion.
