Embarrassing!

If ive understood all this right then i cant see what the issue is with complaining about a noisy fan.....maybe the hour of day could of been chosen a bit better but think most of us have lost our rag and reacted badly at times.....growing up in noisy aggressive communities as a youngster it was all quite exciting but these days its partly why i prefer having no neighbours close enough to hear, im too reactive and would be up at the window every 5 minutes

That's it in a nutshell, folk getting carried away over a silly topic on a forum. 

It was just me commenting on a rather trivial matter in an animated way. 

There was no threats of violence, no shouting, no swearing, no terrorising an innocent family. 

It was a man who's working on nights asking a neighbour to cut out the noise. 

I mean have you heard the chuffing thing, enough to drive anyone mad.

Night shift working and then being disturbed by inconsiderate neighbours can make the most placid person loose their shit its one of the reasons despite being offered a better paid job on night's recently i turned it down when the wife does 3 12 hour night's on the bounce its bad enough with some of the noise from neighbours.
