Do you honestly think the hare has got an advantage over the dog when it’s not heavy going ?

If your talking well

comditioned Sal x no hasn’t no advantage on any ground , but a hare will move quicker turn better on firmer ground , soft ground blunts speed

The hare has got the advantage on heavy going as it is light and just skims over the top where the dog is sinking in a few inch, much harder for the dog than the hares in them conditions

Ok that’s a great way way of putting it “ skims “ lol does it skim over faster or slower on heavy ground ? Does it get better traction on heavy ground ?

Doesn’t make much difference to the hare but it does to the dog because it’s about 10 time’s heavier so it sinks in more it’s not that hard to understand ?
