I'm gonna stick with it mate, every week I'm adding 5lb per exercise for the upper body and 10lb for the lower body. As long as I'm adding weight I will see progress, it's surprising how many people don't even track what they're doing.

Was going to say stick with it greb.  Whole body workouts are more effective/efficient than using split routines.

You could try alternating a couple of different whole body routines, using just 3 - 4 exercises per workout.  I found that better, personally, as I wasn't just doing exactly the same exercises week after week.

I've tried Frive before and liked the ready‑to‑heat meals, but after seeing https://www.reddit.com/r/mealprep/comments/1p5evjd/today_i_found_out_frive_has_a_hygiene_rating_of_1/ I’m uneasy about the hygiene score. If you’re already subscribed, maybe pause and ask them for an update on corrective actions. Until they clear it up, I’d switch to a service with a solid rating.
