Gents to say I’m excited is an understatement I’ve just sold my old ProQ smoker on eBay and it surprised me how much I got for it so I took the plunge and have upped my game to an American Pit Boss Au

Buddy did a little BBQ for mother's day

Was handsome 😋

Yeh it is, at the time me and my boy was having a bit of a willy waggling contest my ones bigger than yours sort of thing and he bought this and blew me out of the water but has now realised that biggest isn’t always best its what you do with it lol because it’s so big it takes a while to bring up to temperature but once there it’s pretty good to be honest the fire box on the side is bigger than some bbqs I’ve seen.

Same here really I would say it’s more suited for shows and competitions, those weekender smoke shows that seem to pop up in the summer I went to one a couple of year back and it’s taken very seriously, I’d go for something a lot smaller if going back to wood or charcoal.

Good point I'd probably base size on fitting two brisket , that gives you room for four racks or some spuds and couple of pork butts...
