Not so much lately mate and by that I mean 2-3 seasons .Signs are there that few been run ,pads, Kickups  and some dopey feckers slip lead but no hares left behind which is my point .Run what you need and not many have a problem here .I’ve had a few lads off here down for a run so I’m not anti in any form ,just anti the game leavers .

I was looking back to my own area mid 90's, we don't have fallow or any other herd deer species, and back then roe were a rarity aswell, but I see what you mean. Fields devoid of hares are a desolate place for me
