Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

I’ll eat most things and will try anything but that just looks the opposite of appetising to me. No offence to thy wife mate.

Ask her the recipe please and I’ll give it a bash and put it up on the cooking thread ;)

First explain what a biscuit is (ingredients/recipe), then please tell us the difference between a northern and a southern biscuit. Do they talk different?

...y'all really really worry me sometimes...

Anyhow no American biscuits aren't scones..scones are more akin to like sweet bread or something I understand right. Sweet flavored....think they would be closer to like a tea cake

Biscuits are more savory not sweet not really flavored ...I mean you get butter but that's about it usually use one to like make other stuff.  It's like rice, buy it's self it's pretty ....meh but you add stuff to it.  Cut one open add a sausage patty some eggs maybe some cheese make a little sandwich, can put jam or syrup on them , gravy, list goes on.

But no there not scones why TF would somone put a savory gravy on a sweet bread is ....why
