RossM 8,149
So was up early this morning and on the road for 5.30am, a day ferreting with the pup planned, ended up not even getting a ferret in a hole, boys terrier slipped its lead and dropped down in a rocky bit, queue 6 hours of fannying about having to go get spades, bars a locator then another that worked, then batteries.. but hey the pup got a bit socialising, different scents and a ride on a quad so not all bad 6 Quote Link to post

Maximus Ferret 2,064
When I had terriers they often dropped into places unexpectedly at the worst of times, usually when I was just stretching my legs and letting the dogs empty out. Christmas day before dinner, when I had pay to collect and the office about to shut, when I was supposed to take the wife shopping etc.etc. If there's a place with scent going to it they'll be gone. No thought for anyone else terriers. 1 Quote Link to post
