Thats absolute bollox max. House goes on the market and a landlord will pay over market value for it leaving a normal local lad unable to get a mortgage to cover it and then said lardlord puts 2 or 3 families of immigrants in it at inflated rent prices but that's OK because it's split between 3 families that don't mind living like savages. Get a few houses full like this and the neighbours start moving out house prices drop landlords buy them up and puts more immigrants in them and so on so forth. That’s exactly what is happening round me, because of the ever growing forest of warehouses spreading along the Severn every house near me that comes up for sale is bought by Asians and multi occupied out to the Eastern European’s usually around ten in a 3 bed house, it’s one of the reasons I’m moving onto a boat, when your surroundings change untie and move the house 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
