SpaceX have just launched the first US manned rocket since the shuttles retired! The first time humans have been put in space by a private company. This is huge imo, its really the dawn of a new age of space exploration driven by capitalists and the private sector.

I genuinely believe the mad b*****d billionaire wants to colonised Mars and he might just get there...

I,m in neither camp really, both sides have some valid points, but the van hallen belt has just always been a bit of a stumbling block for me, i was fishing for born to lay some facts on me ? I try to

I see your point but i believe, as a species, we can't be trusted not to greedily gobble up anything we come across without bothering to look into the implications to either ourselves or anything else

Literally the best thing any President has done, ever. I want him to start training a marine force in anticipation of the bug wars.

It’s the fact it’s called space force as well .

As in not even a fancy pants name , just space force . Amazing

I have sat out every night and saw f**k all as yet, of all this space travel, last night obviously to light and second flypass to far south, hope he does colonise mars and take all his billionaire buddy’s with him, might get back to what actually matters in life, and for Greb 147 are you using a telescope because every time somethings going on you have managed to see it, if not do you want to come out looking for big cats  ??

No, just the right orientation and my own blinkers. ?

I see the flat earthers are already claiming a hoax because the feed cut off when the Falcon 9 was landing.

The last thing we need is access to any more planets, look what we've done to this one

How will colonising more of our solar system's bodies make that worse mate? Do you think that essentially dead planets/moon/asteroids have some sort of conservation value?

What is the point in colonising an other planet, especially when there's no oxygen?

Or water

Or food

Sounds pretty pointless to me,an a waste of money , an I wouldn't trust these people.

So total recall might actually be true?

It's never gona happen greb, Mars has nothing to start with, water food etc

They have a habitable planet under our feet an they can't look after it.

Where is musks rockets, going after docking with iss?

The iss is still in our orbit so technically its not in space.

Mars is 140 million miles away on average, a manned craft will not make it.
