Be good to see him gone then the ground can be extended and the team can hopefully challenge for the honours that the loyal support deserve

Yup the fella that as kept you solvent for all these years is going to be replaced by a fella with little interest in football or England, torture, death, dictatorship and oil, fair enough.Id rather have a fat miserable English slob that kept a sinking ship afloat than the riches coming your way,you thought Ashley was scum?then you deserve the scum and their oil wealth .

Ashley bought Newcastle and ran it like he does Sports Direct. He has top brands made more cheaply and knocked out at a low price. Basically devaluing the brand and taking advantage of loyal customers. He knew that the Toons have a large and loyal fan base and he could milk the gate money and money from shirts and the like while ever he could promise better times ahead. The same is happening at other clubs like West Ham and Sunderland.  The board are milking the loyal fans and making false promises just to keep them coming through the turnstiles and buying the merchandise.

When Rafa left it should have been obvious to even the most die-hard Toon what was going on. They were following Sunderland into receivership and Ashley would have walked away with a profit. At least now the fans have some concrete hope of investment and a brighter future. And whilst to some Saudi money might be distasteful you only have to look around and see that European football is awash with dirty money; Saudi, Russian and even in West Yorkshire; Mafia money. Football fans are strange people. They can bleat about a rival's situation whilst rejoicing in their own murky owners.

I do find it very strange that the same lads that are all over the anti Muslim threads will support a club that's owned by them, and especially by members of a country that is at the for front of pushing the extreme end of their religion in other countries including your own.

I guess every man has his price and some are a lot cheaper than others.

Flush your so called morals down the toilet for a game of football.
