Once we had a cat in one.........try getting that out in the dark.

I have had fox, badger, and hedgehog in my nets at times BUT the hedgehog was the hardest to remove.

I've heard those hedgehogs can be pricks! :laugh:

You won't believe this but last weekend we had a Puma that was a right sod to get out the net made a four foot gaping hole aswell :realmad:

 

 

Yep be careful, next time it might be a Reebok......... :D

i said you wouldn't believe me, took me ages to get back to the motor in that wheelbarrow

Caught a hedgehog and they are sods to get out,if you pee on them they open up.Used to use mine for catching phesants a couple of times,put it up across a strip of woodland and walk it through had a few but hard work.Also used it to catch my chickens when living on the road,loads easier than chasing the things.Have caught my dog a few times as well :realmad: :cry:!!!!!!!!!>

i caught my mate dave last weekend.we was ferreting with the long net when two rabbits bolted from the berry i ran to one but the other one went down the hill hit the net and that day it was raining very hard. he fell straight on hiss back and slid straight in to the net iwas crying in laughter.but he snaped one pole and cracked the other but he replaced them but you had to be there :icon_redface::clapper:

i've caught three little owls. there bloody hard to get out because there so delicate and get there wings in a right mess. i've had to sacifice my net twice for the little buggers. i've also caught lots of hares. i don't do it intentionly i much perfer to shoot and reteive them.

and as for getting them black and white foxes out of the net, thats a challenge.

the fat little chodes just waddle in.
