My son knows a lad that has won the cheese rolling on several occasions, he's basically smoked and sniffed off his box and ties a 5  gallon tub of water to his belt which he tows behind him all day when he gets to the top of the hill he takes it off and propels himself flat out down he won it twice in one year when they had to have a re run

I think they have tried to stop it before but they still just turn up and do it,and long may it continue
