A Good Few Hours Out

well lads went out to the farm today with my granddad and had a mint night my granddad got 3 a pigeon and 2 rabbits while i went by my self to lie down and wait for that blooming rabbit i keep trying to get ITS SENSITIVE any sudden moment and its away.

well we arrived at the farm i did not really need to set up my rifle[set the zero]but i was very wrong A BIG MISTAKE had a walk round the paddocks saw this rabbit so i takes the shot and i was miles off so i went to set my zero after 10 mins i came back the same way and saw it again IT WAS NOT SO LUCKY THIS TIME lol by my self i got all of these 2 in total

 

pigeon is my granddads after that i had a short walk to the old fence i seen 2 but couldn't get them so i lies down and started to think about the range of the shot maybe a mildot but then the rabbit come out so i thinks well ill just use the cross airs and bang straight into the napper.

Well i did my usual trick when i dont get on with a rifle i stood at the corner of a fields with the rifle held high above my head

 

and was going to put the Kral over a fence post lol

 

should of had four but missed them all its just not right lads 18yrds spot on ,,,27 yrds spot on after that she opens up big time ,

 

had her crono,d to day at the rfd,s and she is sitting at 10,07 now on high and 3,30 0n low

 

so i think this is the problem so she is getting turned up a bit once Viz can sort it if not ill give her away

 

If any one is thinking of buying one DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

 

NICE RIFLE TO LOOK AT BUT A PILE OF CRAP £400 DOWN THE DRAIN UP TO NOW

 

But if any one can sort her Viz can .

 

Any way i had an ace up my sleeve

 

in the form of the MERLYN

 

and she did not let me down lads first one at zero distance 30yrds but fell back down its hole

 

Sitting back at the tank and a pigeon lands in the tree beside us one shot later and it was in the bag we then went for a wander and the second rabbit was taken at 54yrds standing unsupported a cracking shot even if i do say so my self

 

not big ones but they will do for the barbie
