My heart attack wasn't from not been healthy my arteries clear no fat plaque build up choloesterol was ok i had me last test at 18 should a been tested every year I blagged it at  35 a clot had fully blocked my main arterie how fit I was kept me alive genetic for me 

Me sister just started getting clots once her estrogen dropped off that protects the women 

Something a simple as an aspirin or whiskey every night since 18 would of sorted me right out but putting it off nearly ended me

The ulcer was stress related. Lol. Don't drink only odd beer don't smoke cigs are bud. Out walking 5 miles on a morning and nite. Don't eat shite no more. Steak , fish , chicken veg dinners been at it 5 weeks now.
