If it wasn't actually being used when you found it and had just been left on a bench then I'd say that's covered by finders keepers :thumbs:

It was found by the Land Owner and as far as i know shes keeping it or at least until someone comes forward that says they own it and to explain why they was on her Property

There could be a load of different scenarios. I like how many saints there is on here. Different viewpoint, if you were out digging an earth on some permission and happened to find one watching over the earth, would you just leave it? Because Ive had the same thing and it didn't stop where it was that's for sure.

I think the honest answer would be NO! RH anyone says different would be a liar or plain stupid mate!
