fielder 18
Hi, I know this isn't a usual question, but do first cross Bedlington whippets and Bedlington Greyhounds moult if you keep them clipped? My current lurched mix sheds quite a lot. Her indoors isn't happy really, so I'm wondering next time if we can find a cross that doesn't shed. 1 Quote Link to post

Not even when he's bathed. Doesn't stay wet for long. Missus loves the fact he doesn't moult. Don't know what it will be like when the weather warms up because I've never had this x before Quote Link to post

northern lad 2,292
Got an 8mth pld bed/whip/grey,he constantly sheds hair, its not excessive amounts, just "linty" bum fluff all the time lol. When the heating started coming on for winter he had a thick crisp jacket, this completeley blew and there was handfuls everywhere, its settled now though. If your thinking about shedding fur regarding allergies I wouldnt advise one.... 1 Quote Link to post

Bobtheferret 1,270
Got a genuine first cross (12 years old now) as well as two other lurchers and he definitely sheds less than the other two but does still shed a bit. Quote Link to post
