peterhunter86 8,627 Posted February 12, 2017 Report Share Posted February 12, 2017 Its sleet and rain here it was dry this morning but very cold and windy when out on my mooch usually bump into loads out with lurchers here on sunday mornings didnt see a sinner and i was out about four hours. I read the rhyming word "Taters" comes from a bloke called George Chatham , who was a top class thief , his nickname was Taters and when on a job he had ice cold nerve hence "Taters in the mould" = cold , probably a myth not sure ??
