desertbred 5,490
ANTIHISTAMINE (ALLERGY TABLET. ) To many jump straight for antibiotics blindly its not an infection antibiotics given blindly can create problems like masking symptoms and when they are needed they are often not as effective bacause of over use. 1 Quote Link to post

Teckers 738
As said piriton or cheap version all the same should do the trick happened to my bitch in the summer fella she came second best to a bee hive in an old rabbit warren, head was like a ballon but gave her some antihistamines and kept an eye on her and in a day or two she was fine ? Giro 2,648
Aye antihistamine and anti inflammatory would be what I'd go for.. My dogs head swelt like a balloon one day.. Dont know the cause but though bee or wasp sting.. Have a look for small puncture hawthorn / blackthorn can cause infection / poisoning. If it's not gone down, I'd ring the vet mate..
