Welsh_red 4,831
Iam unsure as there's no tresspass here in scotland. But think he is going to get prices for cctv to get installed as he's a bit worried about her maybe doing something to the dogs whiles he's not there . As his gun dog lab had nine pups three weeks ago and plans to bring one or two of them on so be few young dogs around the place . And these are the type of do gooder nutters who protest about animal cruely but attack and hurt working dogs !! I remember back in the early a keeper friend of mine bitch and pups were posioned with what they suspect was weed killer by some anti hunting protesters but nothing was ever proved and know one was ever found or charge with it , and times are getting worse and more strange folk coming out of the wood work , which is worrying as we the hunters are treated worse than pedos . In the meantime while he's waiting on cctv prices get a trail cam . I'd imagine you could get one delivered by Tuesday and set that up.

Welsh_red 4,831
When the police receive a complaint they automatically decide one is the victim and one is the perpetrator....once they have thus in mind it's difficult to change....he needs to go to the police NOW. Don't shout, don't rant. Stat calm and be the sensible, rational one. Sit down with the police and explain how he feels harrased, how she comes on his property, how she takes pictures of him. Ask the sspca for a written report on the state of his dogs. Do not let it drop. On stupid cases like this victory will go to the calm rational persistent one Best response so far . Saying she's taking pics of the wife or kids is all good in the brain but won't endeer him to the police if it's obvious she isn't after that . They will be pissed off with him then for making aggro where there isn't one and him and her will be lumped into the same bracket. Play it sensible and smart and you'll hopefully get the right result . Play silly buggers and you'll end up in a fit for tat bitch fest where everybody is a loser . Why risk it. If she loses her job it doesn't really affect you but if something happens to your dog's it's all bad

But going to the Sspca is not a good idea at all imo, they're the ones you need to worry about getting reported to,I'd go to the vets. I told my vet when I was getting harassed by the RSPCA that I needed a note from her stating my dogs were all in good nick before they were allowed to join a lure coursing club and she wrote one saying how fit and healthy they were.
