Iv always avoided the tourist traps but this year has just been mental... business busy, married and bought a house...so it's four days away, no kids, no phone, cold beer , steak and my new new hunting book! It's like the cast of cocoon in the hotels....the marina is stunning and some good steak houses. mackem 29,577 Posted November 23, 2016 Report Share Posted November 23, 2016 Yup,there are some real characters in la Linda,and its close to Algeciras,boat over to tangier and I think I caught a boat over to Ceuta from there once,la linea is a nice little base,all those city smugglers crossing onto the rock 10 times a day made the town some money. I would push all my money down my sock and stagger through pretending to be pissed, my plan was I would suddenly sober up and drop all the muggers....a full month I did that for and nobody tried to jump me once!!!
