Waz 4,287 Posted November 13, 2016 Report Share Posted November 13, 2016 how long are the rounds? my advise is to practice windmilling for 1/2 of the lengths of the rounds, then come the day of the contest let the opponent fall into false sense of security for approx 1/4 of the round then start the windmilling. beast 1,884 Posted November 13, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 13, 2016 You can play football you can play rugby you dont play at boxing if the lad wants to do anything more than have a fun night out tell him to join a boxing club. interesting you should say that. the lad has always taken his fitness very seriously, and the whole thing started when we were talking about training, and i suggested he should join a boxing club if only to look at different training methods to what he was used to. he came across this white collar stuff when he was looking for a local club on the internet!!
