Help With New Kennels

Recommended Posts

Very smart mate. Two important things about kennels is they need to be free of draughts and have good drains..

very true mate, I've piped mine straight into the main sewer that runs out the back of my garden, I've used a pea trap so no smell comes back up. And all bedding boxes raised up off the floor, fully insulated and ply lined
mine are exactly the same. Had to race thd concrete nearly 4 feet so the pipes sloped down to the mains.was well worth the hassle

Cheers boys it's only a small garden so I had to make it half tidy or the Mrs would winge lol

It's very smart mate, did you build the outbuilding yourself?

The reason I ask is I can get prefab one very cheap, but don't know if it'll hold up to being bastardised for the runs etc.

Some cracking set ups there lads. Am in the process of doing mine the drains are in straight to the main sewer. Just deciding whether to do it block work or good timber?

if your in the main sewer make sure you put a peatrap (s bend)?on to stop any smell coming back up mate
